Honey Maple English Brown Ale
I'm thinking about brewing a honey maple English brown ale. Do you think this is overkill? Should I stick with either honey or maple and not both?
I had some feedback on another home brew website and I've decided to use honey malt instead of regular honey.
Any suggestions about adding maple syrup and if so, how much for a 5 gallon batch? I was thinking about adding it to the secondary after boiling in water for 10 to 15 minutes.
