Ok, So I tried my first Holiday Ale a few weeks ago. I tried it yesterday and it's not terrible, but I think it could use some help. The nutmeg or ginger (or both) is the dominant flavor and it tastes a little dry which probably doesn't help the first issue. Any ideas what I could do to tweak it a little? Surpirisingly I was expecting the cinnamon to be overbearing but it turned out very nice. Thanks for any ideas in advance.
