Holiday Ale Help
 

Ok, So I tried my first Holiday Ale a few weeks ago. I tried it yesterday and it's not terrible, but I think it could use some help. The nutmeg or ginger (or both) is the dominant flavor and it tastes a little dry which probably doesn't help the first issue. Any ideas what I could do to tweak it a little? Surpirisingly I was expecting the cinnamon to be overbearing but it turned out very nice. Thanks for any ideas in advance.

Well, if you overdid it with spices, you'll just have to wait for them to fade a bit. Give it time and the ginger will not be so bitey.
