Default High alcohol brew- need help!

While not all that high, I'm trying to brew an 11% Doppelbock. I'd rather not use too many extracts, but I only have a 30qt stockpot and a 28qt lauter tun. By my calculations, with 11 lbs. of grain i would need to boil roughly 9 gallons of water. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Do a partial mash with as much grain as you can. take a preboil reading and add extracts at the end...you could even split the boil evenly between the pots...that's what i've been doing lately when i'm at home using my electric stove. it's actually been working quite well for doing even AG batches!
