Default Help with a wheat recipe

I'm trying to come up with my own version of a Magic Hat Circus Boy clone for my wife (she loves that crap). I have a recipe for a basic wheat:
  • 8.90 lbs wheat lme
  • .5 oz Amirillo (60 min)
  • .5 oz Amirillo (30 min)
  • Wyeast American Wheat 1010

That seems like a nice simple base beer to add flavor to. I would like your opinion on how to get a good lemon taste. There are a couple of things I can use: lemon zest, lemon grass or hops (Sorachi Ace sounds nice). What do you think?

I'm working on this myself. I just threw a bottle in the fridge, and will let you know how it turns out later tonight.
