Default Help with Robust Porter

Hello Team

I have 10 gallons of Jamil's Robust Porter bubbling away. I want to make 5 gallons of it into a cherry porter. I will be using Oregon Puree. How much do you recommend per 5 gallons? I will be adding the puree to a secondary fermenter then racking the beer on top of the puree.

They typically suggest 1 can for a slight back flavor, and two for a stronger flavor. Are you going to sanitize the puree before adding it, or is it sanitary out of the can?

It's supposed to be sanitary out of the can. I did santize the outside of the can and the can opener when pouring it in the fermenter though.
