First, know that each of the varieties you've listed are universally considered "high-alpha" types best suited to bittering only. You've got enough hops there to last a homebrewer a long time.
Okay, an all-grain batch. Let's keep it simple, shall we? Let's do 20L of English Brown Ale.
Grist:
3kg British pale
500g German Munich
330g British Carastan
150g British chocolate
Hops Schedule:
15g Target (10% AA, 60 min.)
10g Styrian Goldings (7.5% AA, 15 min.)
I assumed average AA% for those varieties.
OG 1047 IBU 27 SRM 18
Ferment with a yeast like S04.
That enough to get you started?
