So, trying to figure out the best way to use up my old stock. As i do have the makings for a pale ale, i want to see if you have any ideas on what to use and when to use it... this is what i have left.
10lbs - 2row
3lbs - vienna
2lbs - 120L
2lbs - 40L
1.5lbs - White wheat
1.5lbs - Flaked barley
1lb - munich
1oz - sazz
1oz - chinook
1oz - citra
1oz - summit
1oz - mystery hop (smells like a bit of a skunky NW hop, but haven't a clue)
.5oz - Goldings
.5oz - Halletauru (sp?)
So, homebrewtalk... i leave this up to you... What would you do?! help me finish up this stock so i can get some more
ah, and i have Safale s-05 and some coopers yeast as well.
incase i DO need to grab something from the brew shop, this will be able to wait for a few weeks as i am fermenting 2 other brews as we speak. but i do have the no chill option as well. either works!
