So I have a Northern Brewer Cream Ale All Grain Kit (it is going to be my first All Grain Brew), and I want to tweak it a bit. Here is the ingredient list:

-- 7 lbs. Rahr 2-Row Pale
-- 0.75 lbs. Gambrinus Honey Malt
-- 0.25 lbs. Belgian Biscuit malt
Hops-1 oz Cluster (60 min)
Wyeast 1056 american ale yeast

I am trying to adjust this to be a clone or at least similar to a local brew around my house...I live 10 miles from Two Brothers Brewery and two years ago they made a Coconut Cream/Golden Ale. I can't get the recipe but I did get some info on what/how they did it.

They used coconut water (I am sure just a bit for flavor)
They used Milk sugar (lactose)
and toasted organic coconut was "dry hopped"

My question is, what do I adjust or what amounts of these other ingredients should I add to make this a great beer similar to theirs. I have beer tools pro and am new to it, so I am not sure I am able to get this right in there.

Can one of you more experienced brewers help out a rookie?
