Default Help with IPA Recipe construction

I am looking for some feedback on this recipe. I have only done about 15 batches or so. Ten all-grain. Just got Beersmith and trying to formulate a recipe based on stuff I have on hand.
Does this look any good? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I like the grainbill. A little darker/maltier than the run-of-the-mill IPA is grand if that's what you want to do.

Not enough IBUs. Shoot for 70+.

OG could come up a bit as well.

I'd move the 20 minute to 10 and the 5 to 0.

Dry hopping with anything less than 2 oz in a "hoppy" beer is a waste of hops IMHO. I'd go 4 oz. 2 oz for 14 days, 2 oz for the last 7 days.

I usually only stick to ~8 oz of Crystal malts in my pale ale grain bills, but that's just me. I don't really like a lot of malt flavors coming through usually. I do absolutely love including Vienna though, 1-2 lbs is typical. The hop schedule looks good too. Should be a great tasting, easy drinking IPA.

Call me old-fashioned, but I'm still a fan of using yeast in my beer recipes.

Besides that, I like the recipe muchly. It is a bit toward the "balanced" end of the IPA spectrum, teetering into APA.

I tend to agree that using yeast can help make a successful beer! What yeast are you planning to use?

All joking aside I like the grain bill, as for the hops I haven't used Amarillo before and have only used Nugget once or twice so I can't speak to that. I like the cascades in there on the aroma addition, and would also suggest you look into Centennial - it's one of my favorites for pale ales.

Thanks guys.

Yeah, those yeast things. I guess I should add them also. Will probably be using 01 that I harvested or could use 02 which I have some of as well. Any suggestions on that?

I did want this to be a bit maltier and balanced. If I were to up the OG, should I just go with more 2 Row?

Regarding Hops: I love Cent also. I am out though and want to use this stuff that I have. I may move the hops at 20 to 10 and those at 5 to flameout. Good ideas.

any more thoughts?
