that sure seems like a HELL-OV-A-LOT of centenial dry hopped for a pale ale to me, just right for an IPA however. combined with your late additions... did you want a pale ale, or an IPA? you likely missed the bitterness if as yooper asked, this was a partial boil. even still no 30 or 45 min additition with that much aroma hopping, it's gonna be all aroma.

will letting it sit a few months calm the aroma so it is not so overpowering?

well I pulled the keg out of the fridge and will let it sit for a month then see if the aroma died down. Thanks for the input, I will adjust the recipe accordingly.
