Default Help! Cardinal Red Ale

I've been playing around on Promash and trying to find the right grains to add to an extract brew to make it as RED as possible. I am trying for an easy drinking ale for this Cardinal Baseball Season. If you all have any suggestions that would be great.

Any team that owns the Cubs is okay in my book!

For a coppery red, you can use 1-2 oz. of chocolate malt. I used it in this and it turned out a very nice color. Maybe a little 120-L crystal?

If you're looking for a bright Cardinal red, that's gonna be tough!

Rhoobarb has it right. I'd go with a half pound or so of Crystal 120 and a little chocolate malt or roasted barley, just an ounce or two.
