I'm brewing a hefe tomorrow 10gallons and splitting it in half, I'm going to ferment it with two different yeasts both yeasts are wyeast smack packs do I need to build a starter for 5 gallon batches or do you think the smack packs will do the job.

Wyeast Laboratories. Weihenstephan Weizenâ„¢ 3068 is my favorite hefe yeast.

I never do a starter. I just put the vial in my pocket when i start brewing, and pitch it at 75degrees. ALWAYS use a blowoff with this one!
