Default hefe weiss recipes anyone?
in the process of gathering information and would appreciate some assistance. I'm looking for a few all grain hefe weiss recipes, thanks. joe.

Here is what I have in the secondary at the moment:

5.5g batch:

5.5lbs pilsener
5.5lbs wheat
0.5lbs rice hulls

3.7HBU's of Hersbrucker @ 60 minutes

Wyeast 3068 Weihenstephan strain

1054 OG, 3.5 SRM, 13 IBU
