Default Have any luck with Chinook as a FWH?

Thinking about making a new IPA recipe but replacing the 60 min Chinook with the same amount as a FWH. Has anyone tried this with good results?
Shooting for a piney/resiny bitterness but if using Chinook as a FWH will smooth it out some I'm all for it.

I have used chinook a couple times as fwh addition. It does mellow it a bit. Probably depends on how much you are using. I used .5 oz and the same of warrior for fwh addition in a ipa recently. really liked the results.
