Default Happy Holidays and Beer

How many of you have brewed a holiday beer that really turned out well? I am very pleased at my first batch of Pumpkin Spice Beer. After aging for over 6 weeks, the flavors balanced out very nicely. A very drinkable beer to say the least.

It was interesting to taste the batch at various stages. At one point, it tasted like the spices were completely off. At another, it tasted way to hoppy. (If there is such a thing)

Any others having good luck with there holiday brews?

Happy Holidays!

My Saint Arnold Christmas Ale Clone that I brewed back in early august may end up being the best brew I've ever made. Been "sampling" it outta the keggerator for the last week or so...planned on giving to friends for x-mas. But, I'm not sure there will be any left by then!!!!
