Default Gumball Head Clone, what do you think.

Since Three Floyds is not available anymore in RI, went to my local homebrew shop and got this made up for me. From what I have read the beer is an APA but just using wheat malt and amarillo hops. Take a look and let me know what you think.

Holy flurking schnitzel! Sounds like my kinda recipe. I like amarillo hops a lot, love wheat. I wonder how it would be with 1056 instead of 1272.

Not yet. But I finally have a pound of Amarillo, and all the grain. Just waiting for a good day.

I brewed Drew's GHT 3. Came out great. Still have a bit left in the keg. The amarillo's have mellowed a good bit, but when it was really fresh, man, did the amarillo's shine. Tasty beer indeed.

Just waiting on my hops to arrive and I'll be making 10gal of this. How long did you guys/gals dry hop? I will be making #3 because #2 has way too many IBU's.
