Willamette hops are finishing

I'm going to guess an ESB, but BTP is telling me that it could be any of the following:

ESB, American Pale, American Amber, or a Saison

I would guess the same... Some munich and moderate amount of relatively light crystal malts - malty, sweet, and somewhat amber in color. Though not a lot of any of them, so I don't know.

Or looking at the northern brewer hops, maybe a california common/steam beer? He didn't specify the yeast he's using, maybe it would be a giveaway.

Fat Tire Clone with the Wyeast Fat Tire yeast, hence the lack of specificity in the yeast.

You need to be more specific on the yeast. If it is bread yeast from the grocery then you are probably making crap!

Prometheus... and he ended up getting his guts eaten every day for eternity... I think that would be fitting for brewing bud ICE....

HEY! Bud Ice is just about the only BMC that I'll drink. Respect the Bud Ice.

What? I use nottingham yeast when I brew my BUD ICE Clone!

I also used it in my Pabst Blue Ribbon Clone and my "almost Coors" Clone but it didn't work as well in those.

Anyone have a good recipe for a "Milwauke's Best" Clone?
