Default Great Lakes Hophead Wheat

10 gallons, all grain.

10 lbs. Belgian Wheat Malt
8 lbs. US 2 Row Pale Malt
2.5 lbs. Crystal 20L

Mash grains at about 154F for 60 minutes. Sparge with the best method for your system to collect enough wort for the boil.

Hop additions:

0.5 oz. Amarillo First wort
0.5 oz. Amarillo 60 minutes
1.0 oz. Amarillo 15 minutes
2.5 oz. Amarillo 5 minutes
2.0 oz. Amarillo 2 minutes
3.0 oz. Amarillo Dry hop in secondary

Yeast: White Labs California Ale

OG = 1.058 at around 80% efficiency
FG = somewhere around 1.014
