I had one the other night and it was out of this world. I would love to get somewhere close to this. I have never brewed anything Belgian style so any help getting there would be appreciated
The website lists ingredients as 2row, wheat, caramel, rye flakes, special b, and candy sugar. Hops as Saaz and first gold. Ibu of 26 and 8.7 abv.
I am thinking either wlp 500 or 530 as yeasts.
Any thoughts/tips from you guys??
