I'm a newbie here to the forum and to homebrewing and I was wondering if someone could give me a good recipe for ginger beer/ale? I was in New Zealand a few years ago and had some great ginger beer and I am trying my best to clone that one. I have only brewed so far with Mr Beer kits and things have turned out OK but I am now moving onto a more "adult" brewing setup and my last ginger beer made with Mr Beer wasnt "bitey" enough and needed some added sweetness.
Any help with recipes would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!!

You are looking for the soda version? I just use the extract from the HBS and some sugar and a bit of Champagne yeast. Instructions in the extract box..
