I've haven't tried this Malt, anyone have any pros or cons?
It's the only English style malt that I can get at my LHBS.
I like it - it adds a nice breadiness to a pale ale or any other ale that you want that character in. I don't know which cultivar it is; just more kilned Canadian two-row, I think.
I just went thru a sack of it - it's a very good malt.
