I am trying to put together a recipe for something similar to the Full Sail Pale Ale. I just recently had it for the first time and really enjoyed the crispness and flavors. In particular I am trying to figure out the hops used. Here is what their website says:
"Our Pale Ale has a fresh, hoppy aroma that comes from two (top secret) Northwest hop varieties"
Does anyone have insight as to what they are?
