Default Frankenbrew

Okay, here's a fun idea. Let's all collaborate on a recipe. The rule is you can only give one ingredient or line-item on the recipe. Should take about 5-10 posts to make a full recipe.

I'll begin with the base:

8 lbs. American Two-Row Pale

__________________

On Deck: Wee Heavy, Special Bitter
Fermenting: Maibock
Conditioning: Pilsner 66, Pottsville Common
Drinking: Pilsner, West Coast IPA, Celebration Ale, Dunkel Very Much

I think we're looking at a 6.5 -> 5.5 gallon batch.

I'm guessing our current gravity is about 1.056 and IBU is 45.

What does peated malt taste like? I thought that was for making whisky
