Is there a site out there that gives ratios of grains for basic styles? Like for a bock use x% of munich and x% of whatever, for all basic styles. I'm starting to formulate my own grain bills and need a good starting point for beers, such as my cherry vanilla stout I'm trying to put together.

You may want to check out a book by Ray Daniels called "Designing Great Beers", it has tables that list the ratio of grains, hops, everything in beers that place well in competition. It also helps to look at established recipes of beer in the style you are going after and taking note of what is being used. As always, you can post a recipe and ask for feedback.

I have posted a few recipes and don't get much feedback, I am an extract brewer right now so I figure it's because most who frequent these forums are all grain
