Default Flaked Oats AND Flaked Barley for head retention ?

Will 5 % flaked oats aid in head retention or should I add flaked barley as well ? Im talking about a stout / brown ale.
I know that oats add body and feel but Ive read a theory that they have oils that kill the head. Does it make sense to add both ?

I see no need to add both. Your oats will help produce a creamy head.
