Default First ever recipe conversion.

Hello Guys.

I am very new to the brewing world with only two brews under my belt. I want to take on a partial mash brew next. The brew I had in mind is a recipe that I got from a Swedish brewery, a very sweet dessert Cacao Porter. I have been working on converting this 185 gallon AG recipe to a manageable 5 gallon partial mash. This recipe has now gone through a language filter and a measurement filter.

Recipe Specifications
--------------------------
Boil Size: 3.67 gal
Post Boil Volume: 3.38 gal
Batch Size (fermenter): 5.00 gal
Bottling Volume: 4.75 gal
Estimated OG: 1.087 SG
Estimated Color: 42.2 SRM
Estimated IBU: 78.9 IBUs
Brewhouse Efficiency: 72.00 %
Est Mash Efficiency: 72.0 %
Boil Time: 60 Minutes

Ingredients:
------------
Amt Name Type # %/IBU
1 lbs 9.6 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM) Grain 1 11.7 %
1 lbs 9.6 oz Munich Malt (9.0 SRM) Grain 2 11.7 %
12.8 oz Chocolate Malt (350.0 SRM) Grain 3 5.8 %
2.3 oz Black (Patent) Malt (500.0 SRM) Grain 6 1.1 %
4.7 oz Carafa II (412.0 SRM) Grain 5 2.1 %
7.0 oz Oats, Flaked (1.0 SRM) Grain 4 3.2 %
3.50 oz Target [11.00 %] - Boil 60.0 min Hop 8 78.9 IBUs
8 lbs 13.0 oz Pale Liquid Extract (8.0 SRM) Extract 7 64.4 %

Does this conversion make sense? It it unbalanced? I would love any feedback to this recipe from you who know a whole lot more than I do.
