What was your final ABV?
just curious as I've only made one braggot myself, which was really just an Irish Red Ale recipe that I kicked up with a fair amount of honey (10% ABV I think was my final total).
I haven't tried a bottle in months but last sample was coming along nicely. Definitely a 'winter warmer' kind of beer.
Primary: English Mild
On tap: Pale Ale, Lancelot's Wheat, English Brown Ale, Steam Beer, HoovNuts IPA
Bottled: MOAM, Braggot, Raspberry Melomel, Merlot, Apfelwein, Pyment, Sweet mead, Cabernet
