first attempt at a wheat ale; need some advice
here it is:
5-lb 2 row
2-lb dark wheat
4-lb White wheat
.5 lb cara pils
hallertau at 60 min
saaz at 5 min
here is the thing: i am a dry yeast guy, usually s-05 for most of my ales. i bought s-33 and WB-06 and was wondering if anyone had any experience or if the beer would benefit greatly from one over the other. as i have no experience with either of these strains, any help would be appreciated. thanks.
