Hey Guys

This is my first AG recipe and was hoping for some feedback. This is meant as a Winter style beer and any constructive criticism you have is appreciated. Thanks

-10lbs pale 2-row
-2 Lbs Carared
-0.50 chocolate malt
-0.25 biscuit malt
-0.25 special B malt
-0.50 honey malt
-cinnamon stick
-Yeast: Northwest Ale 1332
-1 oz Centennial @60
-1 oz Centennial @15

I've never used it before, so I can't say for sure, but 2 lbs of carared sounds like too much. The wiki says it can be used up to 20%, but it's a crystal malt, and I don't think crystals are supposed to account for that much of the grist. Plus you have other specialty malts in there that will give you unfermentables.
