RonPopeil makes a good point, Citra is a great hop, but can definitely be overdone. I do a Chinook,Simcoe & Citra IPA that comes out pretty good. I only use 1 1/2oz of Citra in it, but I want to bump that up a bit on my next batch. It's got a tropical, apricot kind of thing going on. If you can get your hands on some Simcoe I would suggest this....

1 3/4 oz chinook @ 60
1 oz citra & 1 oz Simcoe @ 20
2 oz chinook, 1 oz citra, & 1 oz Simcoe @ 10
2 oz chinook,1 oz citra & 1 oz Simcoe @ 0

Dry hop with 1 oz of each

Or something along those lines:-)

Here's what the recipe ended up being. I kicked the keg of this last night. The bitterness seemed a bit harsh at first, but after a few weeks in the keg it mellowed out to a nice beer. Thanks again for the help.
