I've been using the S-04 a lot to make English ales. It's a new favorite.

Love Nottingham, use it all the time.
Wasn't thrilled with the Munich for Hefeweizen, I'll stick with Wyeast 3068.
I would like to try S-05 but my LHBS doesn't carry it.

This time of year try saflager W-34/70 from fermentis. This is a strain from Weihenstephan, Germany, used by commercial brewers around the world.
