Default EPA's Bastard Son

The recipe is a Bass Ale Clone...

In place of the Challenger Hops I added 1oz 15 min. Cascade (It's what I had)
In place of the British 2 row I added American (It's what the LHBS had)
Other than the changes above it is the Bass Clone...

I was just wondering if you guy's have a feel for the taste?

I would post the recipe but I can't figure out how to copy/paste from Brewsmith.

Cheers!!!

Wfew, with a thread title of EPA's Bastard Son, I thought you were talking about AlGore for a minute.

Brewsmith should be able to save your recipe to a text file. You can then copy & paste from there.

I've never used Challenger, but it usually has a higher AA content than Cascade. Cascade is going to give you that citrusy flavor & aroma with an ounce at 15 min.

It looks to be a tasty beer.

I was never a fan of mixing Cascades with Kent Goldings or Fuggles. For me they just don't pair up that well.
