Default Is this enough Pacman to pitch with?

I cultured this pacman yeast out of a bottle of Rogue Porter in 3 steps. The last step being about a half gallon of wort. Does this look like enough yeast to pitch?

It's hard to see in the picture. Is the lower line the settled part or is it all liquid.

What do you mean, half a gallon of wort? Like you've already fermented half a gallon of wort with it and washed it?

Yep the shadow at the bottom is the settled yeast.

Yes, I've fermented a half gallon of wort that was 1.050 down to 1.010 with it. The resulting wort tasted ok too, no off flavors. I haven't washed it yet though, just poured off a majority of the half gallon, then poured the yeast into the bottle.

It's in the fridge now, I'll wash it tomorrow when the yeast settles a little more again.

The lighting in the pic is bad, but something that dark doesn't really even appear to be yeast. If it's just the lighting, I'd say you have enough for a 5 gallon batch. If the color of your sediment really is dark brown (instead of light tan to white), don't use it to brew beer.

It looks like it is just the yeast showing through a brown Stone bottle. If that is all yeast, it will be enough.

You made a starter in that bottle I take it?

It was white in the clear gallon growler I had it in. I think I'm good to go!

Just pitched this yesterday and checked on the Primary this morning.. Success! It was bubbling like crazy. I was a little worried because I didn't have time to make a starter.
