Default EdWort's Apfelwein

The recipe thread is closed, so I figured I'd ask here.

1. How long do you age in the bottle? Mine is around 9.5% AA so I figure I'd need a LONG conditioning period? Should I expect it to be ready for fall of 2010?

2. Do you carbonate apfelwein (typically)? I doubt it would matter if you plan on using it as a grog, but I'm just curious.

3. What kind of bottles do you store it in?

AA is the measure of bitterness in hops. I'm assuming you mean Alcohol, its ok to drink after say a month in the bottle but it ages well.

I don't know why I called it AA, but I meant 9.5% alcohol by volume.
