Easy mash bread
Here's a quick bread recipe for the leftovers
4 cups flour - any kind. I just use the regular stuff
1 cup of mash
1 tbsp yeast
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp salt
3 cups of flat beer
Mix ingredients in a large bowl. Let rise 4-6 hours, covered. Place on cookie sheet or in a bread pan and bake uncovered at 400F for 40 minutes
I just form the dough into a ball and bake a round loaf.
Sounds good. I'll have to give this one a try.
