Dry Hopped Red
Just finishing up the primary on a St. Rogue Red. The recipe in BYO 250 clone magazine does not include a dry hop suggestion. The finishing hop was 1 ounce of Centennial. Would this be the right choice for a dry hop addition? Also what would be the right amount for a 5 gallon batch?

If you have more centennial available, it would be a great dry hop choice. I'd go with no less than 2 ounces, and up to 4 ounces if you want a huge fresh hop nose.
