Default Double Donker Clone
A local brewpub once issued a brew called the Double Donker they haven't done for a while but I would love to have it again. It was a dark brew that tasted like a chocolate covered banana with a hint of peanuts. The only things I've worked out were use of Wyeat 3068 and Chocolate malt. I'm looking for some help with ingredients.

Have you tried asking their brewmaster if he'll share the recipe?

Its a new brewmaster now. Which is why its not made any more. Not sure where the old brewmaster went.
