Default Double Brew Day

In the process of "another" pseudo partigyle brew session. Brewin up 2, 2.5gal recipes. Total grain weight of 10#, sparged into 2 seperate 5 gal kettles to be stovetop boiled down to volume. Here the supplies......

How did it go?

I've never been able to figure the boil part out.

Somehow I accidentally get close to what I want for my OG.

So you did a big beer and a little beer in separate batches by design.
