Default Doppelbock/Oktoberfest Critique

I plan on making a oktoberfest & doppelbock this weekend. The idea is to more or less mash 10gals of oktoberfest and concentrate nearly half into a doppelbock. Currently, I'm too lazy to do a decoction, but we'll see. This is a first of both styles for me, so any advice/suggestions is welcome

main mash
12# pils
9# munich 10L
1# melanoidan

mash @153F

oktoberfest: 5gal, 1.054 OG, 24 IBUs, 10.8 SRM
6# pils
4.5# munich 10L
0.5# melanoidan
0.5# caramunich II (cap)
1.5 oz Mt hood @60
2 packs W-34/70
boil 90mins

doppelbock: 3gal, 1.097 OG, 31 IBUs, 18.8 SRM
6# pils
4.5# munich 10L
1.5# melanoidan (cap w/ 1lb)
0.5# caramunich III (cap)
1.5oz Mt hood @60
2 packs W-34/70
boil 120mins

ferment @50F for 2 weeks, lager 4-6 weeks @40F
