Has anyone tried to brew this? Eastside Dark is a lager, so do you think S-23 would work?

Also -- on the "sell sheet" Lakefront hands out, they say the grains above are used, but also 45L Carmel (http://www.lakefrontbrewery.com/files/sell-sheets/lfsellsheet_eastsidedark.pdf).

How do you think that is incorporated into the recipe above? Thanks!
