Default Delta Hops - my results

Finally got around to using this hop in a "moderate" IPA (more like a Pale Ale, really), and here are my results.

At first, the flavor was a bit minty, and the aroma also had a slight hint of mint. Not a strong mint presence, but it was there.

After 2-3 weeks of serving from the keg, the aroma has switched more towards orange/citrus. It's quite an interesting aroma, not too strong, just right. I'm pleased with the results.

I used the following (whole hops) in 10.5 gallons:

3.0oz @ 60m
2.0oz @ 15m
2.5oz @ 0m (in a hop rocket).

MC
