Default Decoction mash?

Want to do a decotion mash, and was wondering what the experience here thought of- as far as a good recipe.

A bock would be a good one to do a decoction if you are able to ferment at lager temps.

any german lager is a good candidate for decoction. also I remember hearing that hefeweizen may benefit from it as well
