So I bought a Dark Belgian Ale kit from a local place. The kit came with Rock Sugar but reading the directions, there is no info about it. I'm unsure when to add this. Steeping? Boil?

Could use help ASAP qas I want to start brewing 10 minutes ago.

You can add it at any time during the boil. Just stir well to dissolve.

I'd add them 2nd or 3rd day of fermentation, after dissolving and boiling it in a little water for 10 mins to sanatize.
