I just got some pure DAP to feed my mead. At least I think I did, as I live in Taiwan the name is in Chinese. I found some sources online with a Chinese-to-Chemical Name dictionary so I am pretty much 99% sure I got the right stuff. However, a guy I know here has some he found as well, but his has a very strong ammonia odor. Mine doesn't have much odor at all. For others who have worked with DAP, what was the odor like?
