Default czech pilsner

here is the recipe i found online
Czech Pilsner

8# pale malt extract
1/2#10L crystal
1/2# carapils
3 oz Saaz (3.1) 60min
1oz Saaz 5 min
Ferment cold with Pilsner Lager Yeast

i have no way to ferment this cold so is their a substitute yeast I could use? If anyone has any suggestions on anything with this recipe let me know! I am still pretty new to brewing. thank you!!

You most likely want a clean yeast like Safale-05 or nottingham for dy, or Wyeast 1056 for liquid. Try and ferment it on the lowest range of the yeast as possible.

You can definitely use a neutral yeast like Bytor suggested. It'll still be a tasty beer, but it won't be a pilsner. If you can't ferment cold and then lager, you'd lose the crispness of a pilsner and the other lager qualities. It'll be fruitier and have more flavor to it than using a lager yeast. If that's ok, then you can use an ale yeast. I'd still try to ferment it less than 65 degrees, though.
