Critique a Vienna/Crystal SMaSH?
I've never brewed a SMaSH or used Crystal - thought I'd knock out two firsts at once. Does this look sane? Should I adjust the hop sched?

0.25 tsp Irish Moss (Boil 10.0 min) Misc
1 Pkgs SafAle American Ale (DCL Yeast #S-05) Yeast-Ale
Single Infusion, 149.0 for 75 min.
Looks solid to me! I've done vienna smashes with quite a few different hops and have been happy every time, so I am sure this will be a great beer.
