Would anyone care to share a good kolsch or creme ale recipe. Extract or all grain

+1 on the cream of three crops. Its a great brew. My first AG. Turned out awesome.

For my first Cream Ale, I just used 90% Pale Malt and 10% Flaked Corn, Willamette hops, and California Ale yeast and scored 42 points at my first competition.
