Coopers Wheat Kit, forgot DME..

I picked up the pre-hopped LME can and the shop attendant had me grab a 3lb bag of corn sugar and sent me on my way but the can suggested using some DME as well...

This wort has been in my fermenter for 3 weeks now and I'm afraid that the missing DME is going to have a dramatic effect on the flavor of my beer.

Will it be really plain tasting?

I have never made the Wheat from Cooper's but I use their kits for most of the beers I make and would say that you will end up with something drinkable without it but it would have been better with the DME. All of their kits become better once you use more than the dextrose. DME, LME all help so does some malti dextrin.

Ok then... Just as long as it doesnt taste like carbonated water with 4% alc.. lol
