Default Cloning Question

If you are from the Colorado area (or if you can find it in your area), you have to try Hazed & Infused by Rockies Brewing Company. It is extremely hoppy and delicious.

I would like to create a clone of this brew but had a few questions. They claim on the label that the beer is dry-hopped. But they describe it as actually "hazed" and "infused" with Crystal and Centennial hops. Are these actual terms for dry-hopping or just some fancy microbrew jargon? In any case, if anyone knows how to infuse hops into your fermenter I would like to know. And if you ever see this brew at the store, give it a try.

It's just fancy microbrew jargon.

For a five-gallon batch, you'll want to use 2 ounces of flavor hops (10 minutes boil) and dry hop another 2 ounces after you rack to a secondary fermenter (when fermenting is 3/4 done).
